Jane Ruman, MD

Dr. Jane Ruman, board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology, has joined the medical staff of Mount Sinai Hospital and is partnering with Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York). Dr. Ruman treats patients both in her office in Astoria, Queens and in RMA of New York’s Manhattan location. Dr. Ruman received her bachelor’s degree with Distinction honors from Duke University and earned her medical degree at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where she participated in nationally-recognized research on factors that control embryo implantation. She completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where she continued to publish award-winning articles on infertility treatment. Following completion of her residency on Long Island, Dr. Ruman was selected to a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University, where she authored and co-authored several publications concerning egg donation and fertility treatment. She has been practicing reproductive medicine on Long Island for several years before arriving to RMA of New York. 

Dr. Ruman is a highly skilled and compassionate physician who significantly contributes to and maintains the highest level of care provided by Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York.
